Return & Refund Policy

Note, only items purchased directly from Jusai Sports may be returned.  If your purchase was made with a reseller or third-part retailer, contact them directly to be eligible for a return.

All authorized returns must include an RA (return authorization) number (see details below).

 

Fitness Products

Return Conditions

Return is not allowed for the product(s) which has been washed, used, altered or tampered. All returned items must be in new and unused condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged), with the original tags attached and the original packaging. 

Any logistics or customs duties incurred during the return or exchange process will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items

1. The following items cannot be returned: any product that carries electricity and any other items for which return is noted as not being supported.

2. Free gifts and redeem gifts cannot be returned.

3. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale or marked down items are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit. Such as: Flash Sale, Clearance and etc.
4.Customized products cannot be returned, such as color, size, etc.


Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of these items for a full refund, exclusive of shipping, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original condition:

  • Resistance Band
  • Fitness Circle
  • Abdominal Roller
  • Shoulder Straightener
  • Neck Curve Corrector
  • Foam Roller

Return Process

Please check the return process to avoid any unnecessary delays:

  1. Initiate a Return Request

    a. Submit a request through our Contact Us page.

    b. Email us at ascs@massfitman.com

  2. Our customer service team will reply to your request within 24 hours. If your order/item is eligible for return, you will receive a RA (return authorization) number, and you can then send the product to the shipping address we provide.

  3. Returned items must be in their original condition, including any retail packaging, or it will not be accepted. If the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error, we will pay the full return shipping cost. All other returns will be at your cost, and you will be responsible for any damage or loss during the transit.
    RA numbers are valid for 30 days only, if goods are returned after 30 days they will not be accepted.
  4. Confirm the "Return Method" and "Refund Details"

    Please use Royal Mail or USPS for returning the item. Do not use couriers such as DHL or FedEx. Any additional costs or taxes incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. The original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable.

  5. Pack Your Return Item(s) Securely

    Do not return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package you received. We cannot be held responsible if packages are returned to the wrong address.

  6. Confirm Your Refund

    Refunds will be processed within 2-4 workingdays after we receive your package.

Reformers and large equipment (Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrels, Chairs, Boxs )

Equipment and/or large items can not be returned.

  1. Upon receiving your equipment, it is essential to inspect it for any shipping-related damage to the packaging. If you notice any visible damage, it is crucial to document it on the delivery waybill while the delivery person is present. This step must be completed before signing the waybill. We cannot be held responsible for any damages that are not reported and properly noted on the waybill.
  2. Any discrepancies from the packing list (which is included with your shipment) should be reported within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Additionally, any damaged merchandise will be repaired or replaced, provided that the damage is reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.

If your product is defective, contact our customer care team for assistance in resolving the issue.

 Exchange Policy

We don't offer the exchange policy.

Cancelling or Refunding an Order

  • If you purchase products except Reformers or large equipment, you can cancel them free of charge before shipping out. If the order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you purchase the Reformer or large equipment:
  1. Before checked the order, you can cancel the order and apply the full refund for free.
  2. After checked the order, you cannot cancel the order for any reason or change the shipping address. Please check carefully before you check the order. We will contact you to check the order via email  ascs@massfitman.com.

Please notice: Customized products cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Refund Policy

If we approve your order cancellation request or receive your returned package, we will process your refund request within 2-4 business days after verification.

The refund will return to the shipping method which used to pay for the order.
