Shipping & Handling Policy
Important Notice:
When you receive your Pilates Reformer package, please inspect the outer packaging or pallet for any shipping damage and make a note of it on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing for the order. If you have someone sign the order on your behalf, ensure they are aware of this requirement and are at least 18 years old.
We will not be liable for any damage to your order that is not reported and documented on the delivery receipt. Please handle the packaging with care when opening it. Avoid using box cutters as they may damage the upholstered parts of your items.
Any damage to the product or missing/incorrect items must be reported to our customer service within three (3) business days of receiving the order.

Our delivery partners will deliver your crate as close to your door as possible. Due to the nature and size of the package, if your front entry has stairs, they will place it either at the base of your entry steps or in your driveway. As our Reformers arrive mostly assembled, we recommend that you unpack the crate and carry your Reformer inside.

You are required to assemble your equipment yourself. Both Reformers and Cadillacs come 90% assembled, but they do need some further assembly. Each product comes with assembly instructions and basic tools to help you with this, and our customer care team is ready to help with any questions you might have.
The delivery includes one scheduled delivery attempt. If the carrier tries to deliver at the scheduled time and you are not there, a re-delivery fee will be charged. These fees and policies differ by carrier and are the responsibility of the consignee. The carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery, which is usually done during regular business hours. After-hours or weekend deliveries, if available, may incur extra fees. There may also be additional charges for deliveries involving stairs or unusual conditions, such as narrow passageways or remote locations. Please let us know in advance. If you delay or postpone your delivery after it has been scheduled, carrier storage fees may apply. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may require your delivery to be rescheduled.
